Aria Inspirations online store is not liable to visitors / users for damages that may arise from the execution or not of their order (except in cases of return and replacement of products). In no event shall Aria Inspirations be liable for any claims of a legal, civil or even criminal nature or for any damages.
Returns – Changes
Product returns are made ONLY after consultation with the online store www.ariainspirations.gr (or via contact via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and EXCLUSIVELY for products purchased from the online store.
Returns are made within 30 days from the day of receipt of your order from the transport company and the products must be in excellent condition in their original packaging and have all the labels on them.
Products that have been used or washed are not returned.
The return MUST be accompanied by a copy of the Retail Receipt.
Shipping costs for the return of products are borne by the customer.
Upon return of the product, your account can be credited for future use within 6 months. MONEY RETURNS ARE NOT MADE.
Changes of items in a discount or offer are changed at the current price and are not changed after the end of the discounts and offers.
Non-Defective Product Replacement Procedure
Upon request, you send the product to us at your own expense, either with a transport company of your choice or by mail, MANDATORY together with the copy of the Retail Receipt, stating the reason for the change / return of the product.
The return information must be given on the return package: To Aria Inspirations Online Store and the address that will be notified to you after contacting the store manager.
Along with the return process, you can place a new order with the product you want in our online store. In the comments field indicate that this is a change as well as the number from the Retail receipt you received when sending your order.
Once we receive the product you sent us for return, the process of sending the new order will begin.
All our products are checked by our company staff before they are sent to you.
Strict quality control is carried out so that you receive our products in excellent condition.
However, in case you find any problem, you should immediately send an email to email@example.com expressing your problem regarding the product.
